Standard Enterprise Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Infinya software solutions, you agree to be bound by these terms. They govern the relationship between Infinya (The Provider) and the Client.

2. Intellectual Property

All proprietary software and source code for custom applications remain the exclusive property of Infinya.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the software.
  • Reverse engineering or unauthorized redistribution of our code is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Availability

While we maintain a 99.9% uptime target for our hosting and portals, Infinya is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure or local connectivity issues.

Liability Limit

Infinya's total liability for any claims arising from software usage shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the 6 months preceding the claim.
